All of my favourite forums have had an official thread.. So, I'm making one for here. Because they are very official.
So, post anything you fancy. As long as it is 100% official.
N.B
You don't have to overuse the word 'Official'. I just officially like to use it more than is officially necessary.

Uhm.... I've read your post twice, but I don't think I get it right.... can I ask you what does official means, in this contest?
You mean something short about our daily life, like the twitter's status?

It's just a random thought/chat type of thread. You can say whatever, just put official in it somewhere.
Another example:
I'm officially making fajitas for dinner
Could be something your annoyed about, thrilled about, excited about. Just anything really!

alexiel - it's kind of unfair because she's using "official" in a satirical way. I'm sure you understand the word, it's just used as a joke here. I officially had a cupcake for breakfast today. Yesterday somebody brought cupcakes from my favorite bakery downtown to celebrate an investor's birthday at our office. There were still a few left over this morning so I had a lemon one. It's totally fine though because lemons are fruit.

displacement yep, you are right, I did understand the word itself but I didn't get how it was used! Now let's see..... I'm officially sick tired of seeing Kate Middleton everywhere, on tv. Can you please officially deliver the royal baby, so we Europeans can officially and peacefully go on with our lives?

I officially have no time to get to my happy hour tonight. I have to be uptown less than an hour after I leave work downtown... this will not be fun. Oh well, at least I'll have an excuse for being overdressed (no time to change out of my schmancy office clothes)

I officially think my dog is pooping on the floor right now. I haven't had time to get home to let him out since 11 AM and he's well-behaved but tiny-bladdered. I feel terrible!

displacement this is my official main reason: 42 degrees celsius (107,6 fahreneit)! And humidity, too! This is a hell, it's 4 a.m. here, and I can't sleep because it's too hot  ! So I'm officially reading The Deadhouse Gates instead of sleeping, and i'm officially in love with the Malazan books.
